White Screen Login Steam Guard

Steam guard problem, I can't login and it just appears this white screen.

I tried: restarting the internet modem, it didn't work. I tried to take the chip off the phone and put it back on, it didn't work. I tried to change the language of the cell phone, it didn't work. I restarted the android system, it did not solve. Reinstalling the steam application does not solve it either. Anyway I exhausted my ideas of what is causing this problem.

I tried to contact steam support and after a few days my ticket is closed with this answer.

I'm really disappointed with the valve. They force us to use a mobile app that always has a problem and when it comes to solving it, they simply push the problem to someone else. It is very frustrating to see a company as big as valve doing this. At these times I feel like starting to give some epic games a chance or maybe go back to sailing.

If someone in the community had this problem and was able to solve it and wants to share it here, feel free to do so.

Try to:
- Update System WebView
- Use mobile network
- Use a VPN

CSS/JS have failed to load, it's either network or software fault. I never had this issue, but hope that resolves it, however if you reinstalled your app and had SG enabled, you need to use the Recovery Code to enable it again as your current configuration is lost.

If this is the first time (ever or in a long time) you tried to do this on your phone, it is possible that your Android version doesn't support software updates required to load it properly.

Thanks for the help, mobile network I've tried but also without success. VPN I didn't really remember, I'll try to look for that. System WebView: You reminded me of something that happened, the steam website itself doesn't load on my phone's browser (error connection SSL) but in chrome (on my phone too) it did, this may be the problem. My phone is not really new, it must be at least 5 years old that I have it (maybe more). And both the android and the steam app have been updated.

Note: I've tried some guides to resolve this SSL connection error but nothing worked, only one was missing. Reset the phone to original settings.

Finally, I reset the cell phone settings, it didn't help. After that, I formatted and reinstalled the android system, the problem with steam guard remains.

Note: The cell phone is a Samsung Galaxy S2 Duos TV (GT-S7273T).

It would be nice if Valve could at least raise the minimum officially supported Android version at this point, since it really does seem like they're not going to do anything to actually fix the issue(s).

Thanks for trying to help. Unfortunately the valve is leaving a lot to be desired in its support and this has been happening for a long time.
