D3D error?

when i try to start up gta iv or walking dead i get the fatal error d3d restart you computer. obviously that not working i tried uninstalling gta iv and re-installing it. that not working wither i tried searching around the internet. and found nothing. i have updated my direct x11, i have updated my graphics card and still d3d error. please, anyone know how to fix this

yep. tried that. still doesn't work. extremly frustrating

So i guess you only left with turning to the Game Support of GTA IV... i think you will get a fast response there even that with the new one out now i may be wrong
