Saints Row IV Pc running in slow motion :(

Hey guys just began playing saints row iv and its in slowmotion the intro cutscene was fine but since then its been in slow motion not exactly lag but slow motion...literally please help guys cause as you can imagine its quite unplayable..even the scene where you stab the terrorist at the start is in slow motion

AMD A6 4400M 3.2GHZ TURBO//6GB DDR3 RAM//AMD RADEON HD 7520G WITH 512MB VIDEO RAM WITH SHARED SYSTEM MEMORY AS WELL. Its a laptop btw but just for the record I run games like Dead island//mass effect 3//dishonored maxed out with over 30 fps solid.

I would also like to at that when I auto detect settings it sets it to ULTRA . I really optimized my laptop :)

Yeah the game sets that on my pc and with vsync on its locked at 60fps, are you running the latest drivers? If other games be maxing then it should be fine, if not change the setting to high and compare the results, maybe a something within the ultra setting doesn't work too well

speaking of drivers you mean AMD catalyst 13.8 because I never really got the driver system in AMD and ill try messing around with the settings. And if i may ask what are your specs??

yup them drivers, well im running i5 2500k @ 4.2GHz, 32gb ram and nvidia gtx770 evga superclocked 2gb, i did have 7870 2gb oc xfx black edition dd in crossfire before

The only thing i can think of is driver issues but havent seen any issues on both amd/nvidia cards for saint row 4
