Good, keep thinking that way!
Someone who starts asking for gifts, starts on the wrong foot for me.
They don't even get the warning from me. I've had a couple of people add me just to ask for games and simply blocked them straight away. I even had someone follow me into threads on the discussions boards and ask me in there :D
I actually give games away fairly often but never have I or would I buy somebody a game who added me just to ask for it. I offer, you don't ask.
Or people who just want games for free, even if they have a ton of money. This is from experience.
The problem is not only the beggars who are bold enough to demand a game from someone directly, I've lost count of the threads where these free loaders post some pathetic story and are told to pay for their own damn games just to have some random derp face say crap like: "Don't listen to the haters buddy, I'll gift you the game you want"
Wash - rinse - repeat - profit!....Holy expletives Batman! (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻
The guilt tripping is a way they get what they want, they exploit kind people (who also be vulnerable to guilt tripping) just to get free games. Had this happen before with an old "friend", he always claimed his family was poor to the point they could only eat bread, and demanded gifts every few days and most of the time he got it!
For the forums, I just report and move on. Don't even read them anymore.
