Issue with Rockstar games

my gmail was hacked on july 16 2025, then i changed my steam email id. then after very long time i purchased max payne 3 on steam on 25 nov 2025. but it was asking for the verification code on my rockstar account on the gmail id which is now not accessible that means it was hacked and i was not able to recover that email id. now rockstar says we can not help you with that. this means that the games i purchased on steam that is gta 5, gta 4 and recently purchased max payne 3 all gone wrong. just waste of money. can anyone of you help me with any genuine solution. i am feeling very disappointed right now. thank you.

you will need to recover the email address on your rockstar account. That is the only solution, as it is not on steams end. Steam will be unable to assist you. Rockstar support, and providing the info they request from you is your only option.

This is not a steam issue. This is a rockstar issue and you securing your emails. You need to contact rockstar support. This has nothing to do with steam. Steam is a showroom. Would you blame walmart for the thing you purchased if it was manufactured wrong? I think you would OP.
