Game recommendations?
So i'm relatively new to pc, I got my first one in August 2024. Since I got it i've been playing visual novels. I wanna branch out but idk where to start. I do own dead by daylight because I had that on playstation and loved it. Here are some games I like alot that might influence recommendations to me.
Mario Kart
Story of seasons pioneers of olive town
Dead by daylight
Genshin Impact
Disney dreamlight valley
All final fantasy games on playstation
Atlas games on playstation
Ghost of Tsushima and rise of the ronin
Tales of games
And sims 4

I hope that you all can get me on the right path for games. I only have $25 for now but I'll listen to all recommendations and see if I would like said game. Thanks

I did forgot to add I suck at aiming, so gun games tha require aim are a no for me sadly. Also Pixel graphics have a hard time registering for my eyes so games like Stardew valley I can't play.

On sale very deep. I see your a man of culture and like Final Fantasy games. Chrono Trigger is one of their earlier games. It is not the best version of it, but it is a version you can buy on steam.

I bet you never played these ones. Technically this is where the games for the Saga frontier games started at. My favorite in the collection is Final Fantasy Legend 3.

If you ever played the very early final fantasy games, you will definetly see how these games also work using some of those mechanics.

Ok, I'll check it out.
I played doki doki, great one. Was very fun
I think I've heard on Chrono trigger awhile back, I'll take a look at it.

Good game. I loved the tiny guys and was so happy when I got more over the time I played it.
If doki doki, try Totono. The OG Japanese one. Tales of is nice, but I prefer Rance, Utawarerumono, Atelier personally. Mostly play VNs myself, so not very likely to help really haha.
Infinity Nikki, if you want a Genshin like open world game, that focuses more on exploration, cosmetics, and platforming vs combat.

Infinity nikki is awesome, I also like wuthering waves. I'll look at totono. I think I've seen utawarerumono in store but never got it so I'll take a look. Thanks for the recommendations.
I have a bit more time now since I'm off work instead of heading to work.

For pure VNs:
My top 5 right now are Dead End Aegis, Dies irae, The Shell, Muramasa, and finally the popular When They Cry series.

For RPGs:
Atelier, Utawarerumono, Rance (it'sa 10+ part series that took them almost 30 years to finish so it's a commitment hehe), and Demons Roots off the top of my head.

Special mentions:
Otome Domain is really cute.
Yuzusoft stuff too.
Nukitashi was super fun.
White Album2 is known to be great, but only has a fan TL for now.
Nioh is always an option.
The Evil Within I have a soft spot for.
Narcissu (the first 2 episodes are free)
Gore Screaming Show if you want something that's good, but old.

Do note that some of these (Rance, Muramasa, one Yuzusoft title) have been banned by Steam. Another minor mention, Dead End Aegis is the most discomforting game I've ever played. It's like Madoka Magica haha.
here's a little obscure block-based scifi ship builder(also one i'm personally interested in)
https://store.steampowered.com/app/711980/Starship_EVO/

just know it's a early access and doesn't have too much content, however the one dev working on it is trying to get a survival mode in and the basic foundations are already laid out in the game
you can also just build a ship, pick a direction and just go in one direction if you wanted to, who knows, you might find some interesting things after that
