Any recommended survival co-op game?

As the title said, do yo guys have any recommended games with genre 'survival, co-op' ?

it doesn't matter who we're fighting against, zombies, cannibals, wilds, anything is fine.
but i wanted it to be focused more to the survival side like you need to eat, etc, etc.

and less player kill(!) i personally liked DayZ but it's too expensive as of now and i played it on my friend's pc and everytime i saw a player he just killed me on sight even when i have no weapon, i wanted a game which has a good community in game.. like they are helping you and maybe create a group so they can survive together.

State of Decay and The Long Dark seems like the game for me, but unfortunately they have no co-op or multiplayer feature which make me drop the game.

Too many scumbags playing survival type games. It's hard to recommend one because they all suffer from the same thing...scumbags.

Don't Starve Together seems to be geared for just this type of thing, though I haven't played it.

I wish Day Z was as good as Frankieonpcin1080p edits his videos to be. But, sadly, it's not.
