Too bad that doesn't seem to get results. There's animu gif crap that I've reported back in the spring that is STILL unremoved.
Apparently, it's totally fine to clog a community hub with that nonsense.
Edit: Whoops, there's actually reported crap from WINTER that mods just refuse to remove. As in "last" winter.
If i am not worng not only the Community Mods take care of it
But also each Games Hub Mods and there Devs work on it (if its on there games Hub)
Because to add artwork to steam, it NEEDS to be associated with a game. So no matter where someone uploads it, it's unrelated unless it comes from that game.
On a similar note, I've seen porn and death gifs stay on Steam Community for longer than they should.
If its a profile artwork then if its not following the Steam rules (18+ content, i assume also bad violence and so on) then it can be reported for that
