Now, not everyone likes every game (I don't have Binding of Isaac, and I'm not going to get it except possibly through a bundle), but I do appreciate that Steam puts everything on sale, and doesn't hide the titles from small studios. It's kind of nice how you can find Eidos, Ubisoft and others mixed into the same pile as unknown studios.
For newcomers: Bindin of Isaac was on featured deals yesterday, which is why he used it as an example.
And sure why not, I personally find BoI (and Rebirth) to be more enjoyable then most AAA games but that's just my bias. And I'm not sure that you've said ♥♥♥♥ enough yet
Indie games are the same, except not made with as big of a budget (usually anyway) and a much smaller team.
Promoting is good yes, so why shouldn't indie games be promoted during a sale?
Not quite sure what the point in that comment was but whatever.
The latter.
I don't want Far Cry 4 but I want those "Abortion Simulators". I couldn't care less, about Far Cry 4, heck Far Cry 4 isn't on Steam in the UK.
Again steam or valve are not tailored to your needs. Steam is already a monopoly and valve have already figured that out.
Though by this point this just screams troll post so, I'll just have to disagree with your opinion.
First Biding of Issac was rewritten in C++ to improve performance which is the version showcased. It is no longer a 'flash game'
Even if it was a flash game still, taht has no bearing on quality. Lets see should I get Binding of Issac or say Assassin's Creed Unity a bug-fest cluster?
The ignorant post is based on a false assumption
indie == bad quality
Here's a tip
Stuff you dont like != bad quality
Yes, 100%.
Besides Indie games tend to be more experimental (BoI was literally a huge experiment designed to fail) and therefore tend to take more risks which some people will love. AAA games are generally more cookie cutter similar, NOT ALL but a decent amount of them tend to follow the same pattern (due to the risks often being too high to risk the huge loss they could make).
No you appear to be a troll for your use of language.
Opinions lol

They are all awful.
Sounds like a fun way to spend a Saturday night.
