Can Steam directly ban one cheater when I provide the cheater's Demo? (CS GO)

Hi,

I just played one competitive match with one cheater I downloaded the demo. Is it possible to ban him immediately, his cheating is too obvious. I would upload or send the demo to admins, no problem.

Yea, I already reported him ingame, but his cheating is so obvious and he even told his teammate in all chat where the members of our team are.
Aiming at me through the door, 180° camera turning + 1 click headshot afterwards.
Is there any other possibilities than report + overwatch, I mean I have the demo which is more than enough prove.
I am just a bit angry of losing games against such cheater.

Sure they can. They can ban anyone at any time (in fact, temporary bans are just handed out randomly every now and then).

However, usually they won't. Just because someone complains about somebody doesn't mean they'll just hit the button.
