I am some what of a software freak
So or so
What file dose it show as the problem? if it show what it is?
I my self am a pretty big fan of AVG for now
But i do have a relative that is a huge fan of Norton, he has it on all his PCs, and Norton them self give him a free copy of it, for helping around and for reports and so on
How ever, some time ago he had Adware (was pretty clear when any not SSA site is full of ads on ever click), i run a scan with Norton and did not find anything
I run Malewarebyets and it found the malware got rid of it in a moment
I do not know if norton has a problem with that spsfic virus, how ever, that just taken me not to trust it for malware.. even that maybe i will trust it for virus, so i do recommend you try Malwarebyets and see if it finds any thing that Nortun may have missed
