finding a legit midman to sell a non-tradable items

So i want to sell my items like pipe of dezun or any other stuff thats non tradable.. is there a legit midman for this things here in dota 2? I did find a legit midman but they're accepting a minimum of steam level 10 only i only got 3, can moderator be a midman?

A trade with-in the trading system will never need a middle man. That just opens up the possibility of being scammed.

Trading non-tradeable items is most likely a bad idea.

No Global Moderalor would assit in trading out side the trade system.
