There's no real good way to tell when you created the account unless you've been on staem for a year. That's when the 'Years of Service' badge will show up. You're a bit under that so you can't tell right now.

The best metric right now is the "One Stop Shopper" badge

So you 'probably' created the account around 5/21/2014

Once you hit 1 year, you'll get the Years of Service badge and you'll have a better idea.

Not really created, but you could check for the earliest date in your transaction history under account details. Pretty much everything money, game and/or item-related is stored.
