How long does it take to upload artwork?

I assume it takes a long time, because all I'm seeing is a blank space in my submission.

depends on the size of the art work, and the speed of your internet

Ok, nevermind. It appears that it continuously fails to upload whenever I try. Is there a problem that makes Steam assume an upload is complete when it isn't?

It will upload pretty fast if the file is good in size.
I'm just not so sure about the dimensions but it should be flexable.

With my experience of uploading many animated .gifs..
Uploads will fail after 10mb with a proper error from Steam since that's max.
If it's under 10mb at about 8 or 9 it will encounter an error on a blank page.
Then sometimes it may upload but won't play on the Artwork Showcase.
The most I think I could upload 100% correctly is around 7.50mb or around that.

Why?
I have good WiFi ,but it won't work.
