I noticed through Isthereanydeal.com that a site called nuuven is selling the gta complete package for £4.04. The site seems legit but i want to be certain that steam keys would work for a european(uk) user. Anyone bought games from here before?

Doesn't seem like Brazil has the region lock on the pack, nor the UK. Appears to be safe.

Only thing is i think its limited for a few contrary, if you do not live there the site will not allow you to buy on it

I have purchased several items from Nuuvem in the past, and I will continue to do so in the foreseeable future since I've had no issues retrieving my game keys from their online store.

Their service is fast and reliable, but as Black Blade pointed out item purchases can sometimes be available only for those users with a brazilian IP, meaning that only customers from the aforementioned country can succesfully purchase those items.

The other aspect that you should take into account when purchasing from Nuuvem are the region lock's present in some items as Segata Sanshiro mentioned.

Other than that, it's worth checking their store every now and then to take advantage of some of their deals.

I atleast couldn't buy it since it said "This product is not availible for purchase in your region" so I think if you don't get any warning in the checkout it should work.
I didn't had any problems before with Nuuvem on my previous purchases and they are generally recommended.
