If all that fails try for a few days, while you wait for support to reply... if it dose not fix it self they likely can
one week waiting

Oh ok,i guess I have to re-install everything,thx for the info appreciate it
Sigh..... I re-installed everything and it didnt fix for me. Steam support has also replied back to me,same message you got up there. I guess I will have to do it the hard way of sending my billing info to them and wait for them to reply. Thanks for helping out appreciate it.
I agree at first sight i was speechless, I thought to myself what does deleting the folders gotta do with anything with my credit card?...... HOPEFULLY this will be resolved soon. I heard this was a bug in STEAMS system and it has been occuring in these past few years. How can one of the BIGGEST companies in the WORLD such as steam have this terrible error in there system. This error is really bad for business cause I believe this error has happened to every single steam user, this means they are also losing out on alot of money. Steam seriously needs to fix this, this error has been living through out the steam system for 3-4 years I believe.
If they really are doing that I believe us steam users have the right to know. If steam just tells us what they are doing and what is happening, us steam users will feel less stressed and frustated.
And they did not fix it yet, i do assume its something that may be really messy to fix
