Most who bang on about the various scaremongery bogeymen like woke, trans, DEI, don't even understand that democrats aren't left.

People have a right to believe what they want to believe, but others can disagree with those beliefs.

People do have a right to believe what they want to believe. The problems come when:

3. They try to force their beliefs onto others constantly
4. They refuse to listen to any other side, believing in their mind that they're right
5. The louder you are, the more right you are in their minds.

A true discussion of ideas comes from two sides willing to have a discussion. Not one side willing to have a discussion and the other not interested in anything other than asserting that they're right.

Which by the way all five points I laid out sums up the anti-woke movement on youtube, steam and other places.

It comes to my conclusion that the leftists and woke is the most toxic in the community. I have seen how they behaved on Reddit, Twitter, Facebook and on steam. It's always the same. Their behavior is guided by fee fees instead of rationale. They will lash out and claim bigotry and racism "for anything I don't like or agree with". All above points 1-5 is clear behavior coming from the left.

I don't know how could one assume that it coming from the right as we don't listen to fantasy arguments or anti-science discussions. My friends are conservative right just like me, we don't associate with the leftists for obvious reasons.

Here's the thing.

You get nutters in every group. So let me ask you this simple question.

In the US alone, which group has the actual power and ability to change things for the worse for real people?

Those nutters on Reddit, or any other place that whines or does silly stuff?

Or those actually in the presidency, in poltical seats, or are rich owners of business that are doing terrible stuff like Christian natiionalism, tryiong to remove all your rights and so on?

Because the answer should be patently straightforward.
