This is better than personally going through the entire game list every single day looking if a game has gotten an massive update.
GTA5 is also quite loved so people might just re install it again to play it to see the difference.
If you don't like it, just press the no button and move on. It only showed up once after all.
Wrong it showed up before begging me to preload their stupid game that only has updates for their stupid online crap. Who wants to play with a bunch of cheaters and if someone cheats and gives you money they keep their account and yours is banned cause you took the money whether you wanted to or not.
I had it for BO6 and FFXVI.
Resident Evil 8 was released 2 years before Valve added the pre-load banner in 2023 just in time for Street Fighter 6 and right after the Desktop Update that released in the beta.

Any pre-order purchase that offers a pre-load will give you this banner now as of 2023.
I don't disagree with you about Street Fighter though.
