Never been an Easter sale. Steam does not have sales according to religious holidays for some pretty obvious reasons.

They have sales aroudn those times though, so as Cathulhu states, you can always check the history.

Basically, it's been and gone.

I think there is always some kind of easter sale but its just not as big as the others

the dumb crap is that news outlets were calling the spring cleaning event as spring sale to generate more clicks.
there was never a spring sale, if there was, it was always limited and highly curated.

Because despite Halloween's origins it is no longer considered religious by the vast majority of people.
