Games FREEZES suddenly without reason...

Hey there, i'm starting to freak out...

I have an Asus X53SC-SX041V with this specs:

Processor: Intel Core i7 2670QM
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 520MX
RAM: 4 GB
Screen: 15.6 inches, 16:9, 1366x768 pixels
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium (upgraded to Professional)

So... I start playing a game and 10 minutes later BOOM... The game is freeze. The only way I can RESUME the game it's pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete and after I press "Cancel" and I can continue my game, obviously, repeating this process like... 1-2 minutes each time. Too frustrating (and more in a multiplayer game)...

I've tested formatting my laptop to Windows 8.1 (same crap)... And over again to Windows 7 Professional and... Same, same, same ♥♥♥♥.

I've tested putting the MINIMUM settings (even Windowed) and NOTHING, still freeze. Even the laptop isn't warm or something, so... I don't think it's overwarming.

I've tested the "turbo mode" of TuneUp Utilities, still freeze.

All the drivers are up to date, Nvidia experience, Intel drivers, screen drivers, ALL.

Now, the games that I play and freezes are:

· Blacklight: Retribution
· Call Of Duty: Black Ops (single player, multiplayer and zombies)
· Call Of Duty: World At War (single player, multiplayer and zombies)
· Loadout
· Warframe
· Garry's Mod (after a while playing)

And I think every game (one that requires some graphics) will freeze.

I am starting to build a Desktop PC-Gamer and sell this one (obviously, not to a gamer).

I hope that you can help, telling me something that I have not tried.

Please, don't tell me to go to an ASUS branch office... I live in Venezuela, there's no such thing like an ASUS branch office. I bought my laptop in Italy, and equally I've no longer warranty.
