Game prices over the roof
I don't know how many of you guys deal with this but the game market is so overpriced its getting ridiculous. I can deal with 30$ priced games or below but some games cost 60$ or more its starting to get really ridiculous.

Somewhere, in a perfect universe, digital games are not being sold for more than $30. And more people can afford their hobby (also, EA releases actual full games and doesn't sell DLCs for the price of a full game)

I know I will more than likely get lambasted for this, but even $30 in today's economy is too much.
Nope, you're not exactly wrong.

The problem is that despite entertainment items never having anything to do with inflation or cost of lving, the sad reality is that when times are tough especially, it amkes the prices all the more jarring.

Personally, I'm a cheapskate anyway and I never spend much on games, especially with digital distribution.

The beauty of being patient means I can wait, buy more games at a lesser price months down the line, which means I get to need more time to play them and complete them, which again leads to me not needing to buy the latest games and so on.

A lovely self-fulfilling cycle.

But yeah, people need to understand that game prices have bugger all to do with inflation or cost of lvinng and never have.
I just seldom buy new games anymore, and if i do its not on Steam, i usually wait a couple of years till they are 75% off or just ignore them.

I do not buy PvP, online multiplayers and coop anyway so its not a big deal to wait.
