Is there any way to make a party with all of your steam friends?

I was on last night and all of my friends were also on, I wanted them all to play with me but I couldn't find a "Make Party" button.

Yes Like that except with like, three other friends in the same chat room.

That is that.. as much as i know.. you just need to invite friend by friend and it will be all of you in the same chat.. try it out
