No. The only way to contact Steam Support is via their ticket system. You are aware that Steam Support uses separate loging credentials from your Steam account, right? You will need to create a separate Steam Support account in order to submit a ticket.

Why do we have to create another account to submit a ticket cant it be done using the same account we have ? :-)

No, because the Steam Support system does not use your Steam Store account. Says so right on the login page.

That way, if your account is stolen, they can't take control of your Support tickets being used to try and get it back, etc.

Simple.

If your account is compromised and another user takes control of it, how on earth do you expect to file a support ticket if you no longer have control of your account?
