Anyone know a good resource trading game?
Hey there! I'm looking for a resource trading game, as the titles implies. Basically i want to be able to buy resources, or mine them. Then go to another place, sell them for (hopefully) a profit, then buy more and trade elsewhere. I don't want a shop keeping game, I already have Recettear and Shoppe Keep. Any ideas? I don't mind it being one based in a map, but I don't want something locked on rails like Bounty Train, I want to be able to actually move from one place to another freely. It's very specific I know, but whenever i search for resource trading game i get all kinds of stock market crap.

Yeah, that looks pretty decent actually xD I will say that it doesn't look great for its graphics and in general im sort of looking for land-based but ill definitely check it out =D thanks

They are all looking much like the first one. This is the problem with having a very specific want i guess xD see, the way im imagining it is a guy with a wagon or something buys resources in his home town, takes them to the next town, and starts like that. eventually he is hauling giant caravans of loot around, thats what i envisioned, but its way too specific xD

Aye, way too specific. The common concept of those games is establishing and managing trading routes.

Yeah, that's pretty much it, buy somewhere, travel, sell, buy more, travel, etc etc. Eventually upgrade and buy people and space.
