Your describing Buyers Remorse. It is a real thing and a psychological issue that many people feel. You are not alone feeling it. You can either return the purchases, or keep them. The decision is up to you OP though.
Also, this time of year, many people get Buyers Remorse for doing things like you did OP. You can either move on and accept what you purchased, or get them refunded and buy something on steam in the future.
