The 'Winter Sale 2024' event starts December 19, 2024 & ends on January 2, 2025.

Wait for the holiday sale, this sale ain't that great imo. Summer is also good.

There has been a steam autumn sale that runs over thanksgiving in the USA since 2010 (the same year Summer sale started I believe). As Christmas day is fixed but Thanksgiving can move up to 6 days (depending on what day of the week the start of November happens to be) they can be slightly closer or further apart but not by much.
