That depends on what kind of games will you play and how many will you have installed, for most people it's probably more than enough.

Is that much space needed? My gaming drive is around 750GB, lol.

There are no games that need TB.

It's enough if you want to bloat your storage with games you probably won't play for a while.

ehhh, 3 TB is already enough.

Youll need that much to store your HD replays ( 3 mins 1gig ) , old skool games files ( games that run on regular hard drives) , security camera footage ( you could have a bunch of cams ) and things you download on webs like movies and things like isos , it will fill up tho. etc 2 x 8TB is enough. For performance get SSHD or 2.5 inch SSDs or NVMEs coz thats what new games requires nowadays. tip - get cheaper gen 3 ssds instead of current speeds.

Nope... it's not enough if you want to buy every single game you can find on Steam and have them installed at tthe same time...

Dont know. I have a combined 8 TB of SSD and NVME installed in my PC and another 15 TB of external HDD space for archive purposes.
Still usually have everything like 90% full.

You never need more than 2tbs maybe 4tbs if you have lot's of big games.

A 256 gigabyte SSD is still capable of holding every game I've played recently in their entirety. Speed matters more than space for most games. (After all, if you can fit the game on the drive, there's not really any benefit to the drive being bigger than that during gameplay.)
