Random black screen while playing dota 2

Since I got my new 4090 card my game keeps crushing and there is a random chance my game is about to freeze with black screen, I hear sounds, can talk, can even use non target spells(or target when I hower blind on the right spot xD), but I have to restart the game in order to make it work again. It happens absolutely random and can occur 4-5 times in a game or even not at all.

I tried things: updatet and downgraded NVIDIA drivers, reinstalled the game, checked the files integrity, checked for ANY possible updates e.g. Windows, Headphones Drivers etc., tried to lower my settings (normally they are all max). I use Ultra WQHD Monitor -> i tried to switch to normal 2K and FullHD, I tried make dota run with only/without unnecessary threads in the background (like no browser and other services).

The only thing, that helped me was switch back to my old 2070 super, but I guess, I would preffer to solve it some other way.

P.S. every other game will work just fine, just dota 2 don't.

Maybe someone already faced the same problem, where the problem occurred only with one game…

It's so sad to hear this. Can you tell, please, which CPU do you have? I have i9-13900KF and it definetly has problems, but I fixed it for all other apps except Dota

What generation is your intel chips? There is a fault with 13 and 14th generation chips that you need to get a micro code. It can cause this issue on many games, including out of memory errors too.

Yes, and it can effect your graphic card too. NOTE That it can damage your hardware, so if this starts to happen to many games, you may require a RMA of your chips and even graphic card.

It's so sad to hear this. Can you tell, please, which CPU do you have? I have i9-13900KF and it definetly has problems, but I fixed it for all other apps except Dota

I have Ryzen 9 7950 x3D. It runs pretty smoothly in any games and apps besides dota 2 xD
