However i put that to the test with the first visual novel i cam across on the store SC2VN - The eSports Visual Novel by watching the gameplay vid on the store page. it has a tick on full audio but i dont hear any voice acting
maybe it just means sounds or music or voice in general?
It’s a conspiracy theory to justify your perception of your difficulty in finding some group of products.
Tags are user-defined — so if you really want to see it used on the service, start using it and perhaps it’ll become popular.

it is good form to search first, if the thread is a year or older (in my opinion, others may disagree) start a new one.
fyi, when you search, it auto sets to relevence. you can change it to sort by date
as for the op, and your response, tags are user made, so the idea that steam is hiding anything about voice acting is kinda paranoid/conspiracy theorist(y)
