Need help with harasser
This is my first time doing a discussion, so I'm not sure what exactly I'm doing. So, a while ago, I came across a toxic streamer in DBD. I would explain the whole thing here, but I don't wanna do that. Long story short, they have a comment on their profile which has my username in it, they talk about me in streams and show my profile, and have made posts on tiktok about me, insulting and lying about me. I've reported her to steam, twitch, and tiktok, and nothing works. Because of her comment on her profile, I've been getting harassed and threatened on my social medias, and I don't know what else to do. I have her blocked on everything, and I have asked her to remove the comment and explained why, yet she has ignored it. She has spent so much time insulting me and sending others to harass me that I'm starting to think I should start over on everything in order to get rid of her and her cult like friend and followers. Yet I don't want to do that at all. Is there anything else I can do?

EDIT: I feel like I need to clarify why I said harasser, when the streamer themselves haven't done it. I wasn't sure how to type 'This person made a comment on their profile insulting me which leads people to my account and to all of my social media which in turn makes other people harass, insult, and threaten me because of this one comment' The reason I labeled the streamer as the harasser is because they still talk about me, happily show others my account to get them to harass me, and because of that comment they made that encourages others. Again, this isn't just a steam issue anymore. This is a general being harassed on everything issue because of this one person

Edit 2: Stop replying with this. I get it. It's my fault. I deserve every insult, every threat, everything. I'll just disappear like what the streamer and the harasser wants me to do. Thanks particularly to two people in this who made me feel even worse than I have for the entire situation. You made someone disappear. Good work

Report, Block, IGNORE, and repeat for each additional person.

Since you are being threatened, I would recommend checking out whatever online harassment reporting your police have.

I would, and this particular streamer does live in my state, so while I could report it to the police, I have a feeling it'll do more harm than anything. Also considering police do practically nothing when it comes to online things unless it's an almost terrorist like threat

Many streaming sites do not allow harassment or to send their viewers after other people. Whatever site/service it is on, more than likely does not allow this. Report them on the service they use if it's against the rules.

Since it seems you have done that, just keep reporting instances, and likely one of the moderators if those sites will ban them. There's a chance they're only receiving warnings or internal counts against their account. The only way they wouldnt eventually get in serious trouble for this, is if they're one of the bigger money makers of twitch, as they've been made immune to rules other than slap on the wrist moves.

Else, if its twitch, you can change your username/page every so many days if you want to make them unable to find you. If you use those places, you can also set your chat accordingly to prevent abuse. If they give you issues on Steam, make your account completely Private and dont accept friend requests.

Edit: also it it's Steam profiles giving you issues, as you're already told but to emphasize; Report through their profile, include relevant information - submit. Then block them, and move on.

When reporting, helps a lot to include proof, such as screenshot and screen/video recordings.

Depending on what the threat entails, a police report is in order too, but be sure to get as much proof as possible.

Block and ignore in Steam.

I hate this fact entirely, Amazon will defend their money goats till the end of the planet even if their genocidal monsters and racists yet on that ironic same coin if you say anything on their platform against the United States, China, Russia or India will get you shutdown instantly with no warning simply because they dont want to lose their streamers in those regions (Look at the whole "ChinaFreedom" Hellstorm they had)

Chances are since Dead by Daylight is currently near the 5th-6th highest played game on there this is a toxic person with longs of bot and few actual followers so they are literally invisible just like alot of other questionable people on there...

Funny how questions that can be answered with a simply search get answered but not questions with real problems

I have included what proof I have in all of my reports. The issue is that it is still going on, with people harassing and threatening me, and every time I get told 'Hey this streamer did this', and a person sends me a link to it, the streamer already deleted it. So it is hard to get proper proof as the streamer deletes every she does to make herself look better.

This streamer legit did a full one hour stream about me, one that they deleted the next day because 'their perfect image could've gotten tarnished'

I don't blame anyone honestly. Sure it's kind of annoying. But it's easier to deal with an easy question than something you might not be able to help with

But I don't want to do that. I've spent so much time working on everything. I just want the streamer to delete the comment that has my username. That's literally all I want, cuz hopefully that'll make this stop

I feel like you're doing this for attention. There are many ways, you just don't want to listen

Why do you get the feeling that OP doesn't want to listen? They seem open for suggestions.

Then do report it. Police and DA loves nothing more than easy to solve cases to up their statistics. The reason they do "practically nothing" in many cases is simply because it's often outside their jurisdiction.
If you have legal insurance, you could also get a lawyer to file a C&D, which can have some serious consequences if she breaks it.
How did it start to happen?
