Small edit: "Steam Community" refers to this forum, people that use this specific forum on this steam discussions hub. I don't have the means to gather data from literally everywhere on Steam. It's also based on just one thread. The reason why I did it like this is because I know some have alt accounts. If you make a thread asking "who people find the worst" for a poll, you may get bad results.

The thread I counted from only recently closed.
There were a couple of limitations present. There was the incentive for one to just name three companies, but I counted everything mentioned and associated with some kind of disgust.
When someone made a reply and said "I completely agree", I also counted the things they replied to.

Bethesda wasn't mentioned that much.

At any rate, perhaps there should be another attempt at gathering which company upsetted the most players. (not how severely they upset people, simply that they upset people)
One that lets you list all the companies you want to list.


Edit: When you look at the timestamps in the thread, you'll notice that most posts are from the first week in which it was made. After that the thread was left alone for a long time. One thing this also reveals is that people here tend to not look at older threads.

I just counted it manually. I didn't use AI. I literally just checked every post to see if there is a reference or clea complaint to some company anywhere and listed the associated username.

I am a single person. I cannot verify myself. What I mean with this is that I cannot verify it in a way that you believe my results. That's because I would just verify it in the way I counted it in the first place.. Just click the link in Post 1, and count yourself.

I have to say gamigo is just as bad, maybe worse. Gamigo is where games go to die despite them promising the opposite. They drain whatever money they can get out of a game without doing anything, then the money runs out and the games goes.
