also why do you need to make so many threads, within the last few hours?
Deciding they had the right to force updates and "features" was one of the first in a long line of outrages. Though I do blame brainless mobile users enabling and normalizing that crap just as much as I do the Microdicks. No way I'm ever registering an account and using the worthless UWP store, either.
Did you change ownership permission and delete the data to free up space, too?
I'm only keeping Windows 10 around until end of life. There are hacks and workarounds for most of Microsoft's BS, but they've only doubled down on them with 11, so it's not really worth the effort hacking Windows into a usable state or getting a LTSC licence key.
This pretty much sums up my response to this

i will use linux but right now i don't have time to learn the new intricacies, besides windows 10 2020 or 2021 iso with winaero and deleting all the bloat works fine.
lol the losers who actually buy a windows 11 key just for entertainment make me lol, even windows 10 is not worth it in my opinion cause of how slow this piece of garbage is. Heck only reason i'm using windows 10 is cause a bastard messed up my windows 7 ultimate 64 bit laptop
Proton supports nearly every game on Steam, even if it hasn't been tested by Valve firsthand. The only games it can't run well have got a drm or an anti-cheat built-in.
If you're going to use Linux, it's important to check the operating system to verify if it is compatible with your hardware.
You can boot most distributions from a live usb and test whether they work well from there or not.
If it works well, install the distribution, give it one week, maybe a month tops, before deciding if you wanna stick to it or jump to a different distribution.
I would personally recommend linux mint or ubuntu to you. They are distributions intended for beginners.
