When did steam start counting hours?
What year cause i have had my steam for 10 years so i dont remember. Cause i use to play the classic games but it says i only have 1 hour on it and i know i have played it a crap ton more than that. More like 50 hours.

Yeah, I've got a few hundred uncounted hours of CS:S. It's not a big deal, tho.

ALso Steam tends to have a nasty habit of 'forgetting' your hours for some unknown reason even post hour tracking

LOL - Some of my games have the opposite problem. They show I played them a heck of a lot longer than I have. And honestly, I don't really see why they do track how long you play something anyway.

Its so you know if your friends have a life or not. I know with games like ghost recon online when u leave the game it still stays open even though you close it so that could be.
