Puzzle Game for Young Disabled Adult

Can anyone recommend simple Puzzle games on the Steam platform for a young disabled adult with motor skill impairment and spatial awareness issues? Nothing too flashy, nothing more than two dimensional, and nothing "timed". Something similar to Traffic Jam puzzle? Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks
