People bullying me because I play farming simulator

I recently started playing farming simulator because I enjoy simulator games. One of my friends that I'm also friends with in school told someone that not intending for me to get bullied. A day later one of my classmates didn't stop making fun of me and shouting it out loud. Now wherever I go there is on of my classmates friends making fun of me. I don't want to tell the teacher because it isn't serious. Maybe is there anything I can do?

I don't know about you but being bullied is a serious matter and something needs to be done by an adult if you want this problem to resolve quickly.
Otherwise, just ignore them.
Screw them anyway, I'm pretty sure that some of our food comes from farming.

Dude, tell the teacher or even worse their parents. Teacher might not be able to do much but when you tell their parents ♥♥♥♥ get serious.

Ignore them and maybe sometimes tell them "You must be jealous because you still keep bullying me" and then ignore them again.

No actual harm is being done to you. There are some people saying some words at you, that's it. If any of those words happen to be lies then you've had the truth "stolen" from you, but you're only justified in responding to that wrong up to the degree of the wrong, i.e. you can use words back at them to speak the truth. Escalating beyond that would put *you* in the wrong, like if you punch one of 'em in the face. You've then done violence upon someone, and can expect the use of force on their part to right that wrong. Get it?

Forget the teacher. Forget your parents or theirs. Deal with it yourself, because expecting other people to defend your rights or to fix wrongs done to you is just setting yourself up for a huge disappointment when you grow up and realize that no one at all can be responsible for you except you. Sticks and stones.

What seems like an eternity now will look like a short blip on the radar when you're older. Don't give these kids the privelege of occupying your head with you. If you're like most humans you've already got a head full of competing voices, so why would you want to add theirs to that mix?

You could kick their asses in what they consider "serious games".
Or even better: Just stand by what your doing. It's your money, it's your spare time, it's your life. If you enjoy the game, so what. Everyone has a guilty pleasure and the more others ridicule you over it, the more guilty they feel about theirs. Hell, you even have begun developing your own taste, broadening your horizon and thus have risen above being a sheeple, only playing what others play and deem cool. Which is a lot more mature then how they act.
Be proud of yourself!

My advise? Don't tell their parents. It could get worse after that. Just ignore them if you can. If that's getting difficult, agree with them. "Yea, I guess I'm stupid." The key is not to let them know it bothers you. If it doesn't bother you, it's no fun for them.

If you have to answer those ignorants, then let them know that you play what you want, and you have a good time with Farmersim.
Do not be ashamed over the games you play, it's your life and what you enjoy is of no importance to other people, do the best you can to ignore.

I too enjoy farmersim and other kind of simgames ;)

I enjoy a good RPG/Simulator like the next person (I play my fair share of Harvest Moon) and honestly I don't think there is nothing wrong with playing a game like that. I know ignoring is hard and trying to stand up to yourself verbaly would make things even worse, but the best course of action is just to ignore the people who are harassing you. I am not saying it is the best advice, since there are many other solutions to this matter, but if YOU enjoy playing the game, why bother letting someone take the fun out of it for you?
