STEAM I love you but you need to expand/change or you gonna get taken out by EPIC
C'mon !!!!!!!
Because Epic throws money at them to do so. They're desperate to bring users into their featureless store.
Sometimes, having less features is a good thing or are you actually seeing anything positive in idiotic "this game made me ♥♥♥ 10/10 IGN" 'reviews' or meme 'guides' and that's 90% of the reviews and guides on Steam since there are no regulations or control over the ♥♥♥♥.
Same with the workshop: Mostly anime and meme crap nobody over the age of 12 needs.
Really, anybody sane and adult enough wouldn't miss this crap at all. So Epic not having it, is a massive positive.
Such as?
I've seen this a few times from people bemoaning Valve.
But curiously, when asked for evidence, it gets awfully quiet.
And I wondered when things would start to drift round to comparing a platform that is throwing loss leaders around as their new and desperate for trade to compare to Valve, who are established.
But those "big" releases you say Valve aren't getting, please.
But just before you do post your answer, make sure you are intellectually honest and check say a site like Gamefaqs and find ALL the last few months release in totalis so that you can get things right. SO don't cherry pick.
Have at it.
Go bug them.
a) buy on EGS, but live with the consequences of an underdeveloped and likely staying that way store
b) Do not buy the game
Hint: Civ5 is a better game.
a) It is currently free on Epic.
