Many developers have not set their regional prices yet, so it defaults to the US, USD prices. I suggest contacting the developer of a game you are interested in and reminding them to set a new regional price for their game(s).
When your weak economy and crappy currency become everyone else's problem. You should buy on par with everyone else or go protest your government, it's the least of your problems if your economy is so weak that you can't buy video games let alone other much important stuff.
Problem is, protesting the Turkish government, and especially a certain Erdogan, can get you jailed or killed. Fun, innit? So they come here instead.
Alternatively you can always improve your life by moving and getting a job that pays real money.
