Low-adrenaline game recommendations
Due to my health, I can only really play games that are relaxed and don't have any stressful situations. However, I don't really enjoy stationary, point and click, or visual novel type games. So I'm looking for any recommendations.

Here are some examples of what I usually play:
Slime Rancher - this kind of gameplay is exactly what I'm after
Skyrim - though it may only be low-stress for me because I have hundreds of hours in it and nothing can bother me anymore (I also have ES 3 & 4)
Stardew Valley - the only issue is I tend to get really impatient playing it
The Sims - I also don't have a lot of patience for this game but you get the idea

I think that gets the point across. Anything that's fun and engaging but also just lets you go at your own pace and doesn't have high stakes.

Katamari Damacy (Timers)
We Love Katamari (Timers)
One Way Heroics

I think the timers are fine unless failing and redoing levels stresses you, or the timer noise. Katamari is pretty relaxing. Recommended with controller. You could make a controller config to bind dash to a button instead, but you really don't need to use dash and can play quite well without it. Basically you can ignore the dash that requires you to wiggle the sticks back and forth.

How about No Man's Sky? Now that it's been fixed it's a very lovely laid back game.

Seconding this.

Also, look up developer Kairosoft. They make a ton of wonderful mini sims.

or most games with the "relaxing" tag

Careful following tags. Community brigading is still a thing. It's pretty common for "relaxing" and "family friendly" to show up on random porn games, for example.

That's why I said "most", not "all"

An odd but addictive mix of deck-building game and slot machine. You may already own this if you've gotten any bundles recently.
