URL shorteners are suspicious and the links are not trustworthy, Noone wants to click on them. Most of them contains link to scam website or the shortener link provider have too much ads and popup ads in their redirection website. That's why I don't use them.

I need to solve the principle problem that the word censoring system is broken. It can't understand the principle of words. For example, it can't recognize a swear word from a musical instrument.

Just use Steam's own URL markup. So, for example, this link leads to YouTube. Done.

Since the URL is part of the markup it also won't be censored.
