If I redeem my 2 game keys, can I after that refund the games and get the money from them?

So I have these 2 game keys just laying around. I don't want these games and thats why I would like to get the money from them. If I redeem the codes and get the games to my library, can I then refund them and get the money from them? Someone who knows? Would be very helpful if someone knew!

Purchases Made Outside of Steam

Valve cannot provide refunds for purchases made outside of Steam (for example, CD keys or Steam wallet cards purchased from third parties).

Its not possible to refund games that you have redeemed with a key. You can only refund games/items bought through steam.
