i am so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sick of softcore porn apearing in my community feed

every single time i go browse community artwork, at least half of all images are softcore porn, mostly from that wallpaper app.
no i don't want to see pics of 90% naked women that basically only have their nipples and groin covered.
i'v tried everything. nothing works. there is no way to filter these images from my community feed

if lowlife perverts want to fap to cartoon women in string bikinis it's none of my business but for god's sake let me filter these pictures out. the community artowrk section is practically inaccesible because of this.

It sounds like these are off-topic artwork entries anyway, so if you find them in any game's artwork section, report them. Report every single one of them.

If you click on an artwork piece, then click on the gear, you can see a report button.

If they're not related to the game, point out that they are (1) not related to the game whose artwork section they're showing up in, and also (2) NSFW.

If they're relevant to the game, you can still report them, just simply say that they're NSFW.

When I check out the current feed then sure, there are also some girl characters in there but out of the whole lot of 4 - 6 pages I can only make out 1 bikini girl and one who's allegedly posing nude (it's a sideway shot; she has her boob covered up with her hand). But none of which are over the top.

Quite frankly I don't understand the commotion. Sometimes it's more gore, sometimes it's more girls and sometimes it's just beautiful artwork in general (there are some awesome drawings in there).

At the risk of 'spamming' (?) but I'm very impressed with this one.

it has nothing to do with the games im following. the general artwork feed simply gathers all the most upvoted images. half of which are the aforementioned softcore porn. (which is a pretty damn sad indicatior of what the majority of the gaming community is like)

Yeah agree, that is not "softcore porn".
"Softcore Porn" means full nudity and simulated sex, just not full penetration which crosses the line to full blown porn.

I have similar issues with the nonstop deluge of cheesecake images every time I check posted artwork. Easily 99% of the pics are reposts from another site, and not original creations of the poster, and they're not usually citing the actual artist either. (I know. Shocking.) The point is Steam's DMCA take down request option *could* be a viable way to cut down on the posts, but you'd need to get the original artist to launch the complaint...for every individual image...and even then someone else will probably repost the same thing within the hour. So, it's not exactly a practical solution.

If we want to see a substantial difference, what we really need are multiple threads. Spoiler tags don't really work because most people are just too lazy to even bother using them. However, if we had separate SFW and NSFW content threads for each game, the community might actually filter a lot of the material on their own. I mean, if you wanted to see risque pics of 2B cosplayers, which of those two options do you think you'd visit? The current system really is not equipped to filter anything but EXTREMELY offensive/explicit materials. Steam would need to become a substantially more nuanced image hosting service to enable the kind of content filtering you want to see.

she is 90% naked, with a clear focus on her breasts and thighs, even if this is not literally porn, its still very much NSFW and definetly something that i should be able to filter out of my community feed when browsing artwork
