I do suggest getting a good lawyer though, because you're in for a bumpy ride should you proceed.
Also a TL:DS (to long didn't sue) is here compressed into months.
Better brush up...

Deep breathe, calm down and it can be fixed, with time.
By doing so, i had to go through steps such as.
First email used on the account: Which I can't remember, the email address was changed once in 8 years to the email address I am currently using. Never been changed in 7 years.
My phone number was provided
My banking details where I have been purchasing since the account was created is linked to my account. Banking details did not change.
My Faceit is linked to the account, my social media, competitions I participated in, the group I play for along with the competition pages with my group details showing its me....
They responded that if i cannot remember the first email address then i did not create the account .........
I knew you left some thing out...
So, you never provided one of the most valid proofs they asked for?
The oldest/first email, game key added, phone number and payment info are what they want.
You can not provide ALL of what THEY ask for, you don't regain access.
You have NO valid legal claim.
The only info I cant provide is the first email address. Gosh, I cant remember 8 years ago.... I lost access to that email 8 years ago and changed it to the one I am currently still using for the past 7 to 8 years.
And not providing them with the 1 thing THEY want you to provide allows them to deny your request.
You have NO legal claim until you do so. Even a lawyer would tell you this.
That's why there are other key factors to proof your identity such as billing information, physical addresses, and other things they are asking for.
Just giving them the email address is enough. That's all.
Without that proof, they can not be 100% sure you are truly the account creator.
The oldest/first email, game key added, phone number and payment info are what they want. Everything else is useless.
But all the other things more than enough proof was given.
There is infact an option to change your email address. For situations like when you lose your email or whatever the case might be.
You have not provided them with the email they asked for.
They do not want excuses. They want the 1st email.
Without that, you will not be granted access to the account as you have failed to provide sufficient proof of ownership as requested.
The option to change it is not relevant as you should still know what the 1st email address was, IF you are truly the account creator.
