Valve never says when.

Spring sale is not a given every year. If it does happen, it will be within the next month.

Summer sale is June 20th.

Sales are not announced in advance as that is bad business practice.

Sale ads get sent to me a few days before hand. They are even shipped to stores at least a week before they start.

Black Friday sales are announced at least a month in advance.

Apparently the last year's Spring Sale was in later May (around the 23rd) so some are expecting the same possibly. Time will tell.

The next sorta big sale is the starwars sale. May 4th, but that's a publisher sale more than anything else.

That site is still wrong. Big sales events never start on Sundays.
