Trade glitch blank offers SOS HELP

I am trading with someone, trying to trade some of my stuff for his knife, but when I send stuff to him it turns out blank on his end (my items for free, without his knife in there) and it shows on mine. I sent another and it again showed blank on his, but was okay on mine. He then sent me an offer, I watched him drag his knife into the trade via skype, and when it was sent there was no knife again. On my mobile I see a empty box indicating that something should be there, but nothing really is. If anyone knows how to fix this glitch/bug PLEASE help

Note: This is not him trying to scam me, this is a legit bug, all of my recent trades are bugged like this, I know I put items in for them in the trade but it shows for none of them.

I saw a thread earlier mentioning the trading system being buggy right now, so best to postpone it to tomorrow.

HOWEVER:
This is a common scam tactic in games with trading interfaces. People would open a trade window and immediatly close it or put item in and out several times to convinve you the system is glitched or someone lags and wait until you make a mistake. Like putting items on the ground. Or in your case accidentaly send a gift offer without anything in return for you. So still be aware.

I am aware of that tactic, but seeing as ALL of my past offers that I sent out are showing me that I put nothing in return on them I know this is not a scam
