Stop use V and Z in nicknames!!!

Why are symbols V and Z allowed in steam?
After all, they offend the feelings of entire peoples.

Why is UA allowed? because YOU want to use it.

UA its country if you want use RUS , but why use Z and V when the bot with these letters kill the children of women and the elderly
