Wait for a deal, should be one starting one Thursday.
Yeah maybe this is it..ive actually been looking at this for a long time.. Cant believe in 2022 we dont have any games that are open world and exploration and dungeon crawling. Kinda like skyrim but more fantasy and relaxed. Cannot believe it.
KoA might just be the winner.
Disagree. Maybe some aspects that make wow what it is yes. But there should definitely be more open world online dungeon crawl gear looting games. I think many try to replicate and fail instead of just being new and original and making content as it goes. Too many EA fails. Or couple people trying to make more than they can handle. I believe we will see games somewhat comparative to wow eventually.
I mean I get what your saying, like no game is truly like one another but the style and genre. Like guild wars 1 was the greatest mmo imo and i doubt anything will make anything like it. But the missions and how instanced the world is.
Thanks for all the suggestions though there are a couple I might look into which would be space pirates..kinda have my full of space games though. and ori. The others I have not heard too much of and ill check it out.
You're just a ranger. Especially at first, you will simply be forced to pay bribes to pirates
You can earn for new improvements to your ship, as well as for new ships, in different ways
You can join the corsairs, you can do the usual quests (being a ranger), you can just trade
Progress in the game does not stand still. While you are saving up for a new module - a more perfect one will come out
While you are flying through several systems to buy the cheapest module - prices may vary, the system may be hijacked by dominators or corsairs. or (in some magical way) during the jump between systems - you will be thrown into the very mess of the fight between the rangers and dominators, where from time to time, ordinary traders will appear in the same way as you
For some reason still the only Diablo-esque I truly enjoyed and played the ♥♥♥♥ out of. And with three new expansions in the last few years, there's plenty of content if you like the gameplay loop.
1.Metro Exodus-Is there a game out there with a more beautiful environment/atmosphere? You get gear and feel cooler like you mentioned.
2.Fallout Series- Fallout 76 is an mmo and is amazing i hear. It checks all your boxes and each region looks unique and alive. Check it out .
Fallout 76 gets a lot of hate, but its really worth playing if your a fan of the Fallout series. Its just not Fallout 5, but lots of fun, and well worth the $10-20 it will be on sale for
Just to throw something else into to mix - waht do you think about Outward?

Remind me of how Bethesda turned up the grind to push their in-app purchases.
No, it's absolutely not "worth playing" for the simple reason that the underlying idea of locking away content this way is deplorable. Please don't support this BS.
I've played it from Day 1, and have never seen them "lock away content", nor is there any real in game content locked away by in-app purchases. A few random misc items with mild effects, that are unlockable for free via the in game events, and they give you a ton of currency for free to unlock anything you care about.
Its one of the LEAST grindy games unless your talking about farming for your BIS end game gear which is pretty normal in most MMO style games. Leveling is super easy.
I can see how it came off generic but maybe just the topic is overall donezo. But I gave many different examples of games of which are not what im looking and also what I am so idk I feel like that was good?
Outward seems okay but the reviews turn me off...not that a low rating does but just what people are saying.
Yeah I understand. Appreciate all the info about the game. It sounds good just when I can dedicate more time to it. Currently I have games that id play over that and want to finish it first but I think I will end up buying it. I recently wanted to get achievos on steam for fun so ive been doing all my favorite games but just dont have any open world rpgs that are a certain itch I need to scratch. But once I knockout a bunch of games. Space pirates should come up again.
I played aloooooot of division 2 and burned out on this type. Would be hard for me to play another like that but is it?
Never could do fallout or borderlands for that matter. Really think borderlands is overrated. The end game cheats always ruin it for me too.
