But...
Have you tried opening up a ticket to steam support? Do you think they can do anything to allow you to purchase the bundle? Seems like something that would be a mutual benefit to do.
Support can't do anything. The developer CHOSE to use that bundle that requires you to not own any of their games
Sure, it's a ♥♥♥♥ thing from our point of view. But it's no different to anywhere else in retail and has existed for decades.
The thing is, this is the first time I even hear about that option. There used to be one type of bundle key, and it gave you the stuff you didn't already have. Plain and simple.
The Steam-Store was the same -- there were no tailored bundles; you'd always pay the same price for the same bundle.
The 2 bundles have existed for at least 5+ years. Also your getting confused they have had tailored bundles for a LONG time, they are the ones where you get whatever games you don't own.
The OP is having an issue with a NON tailored bundle where you have to buy it all as one lump. Again though, the dev's CHOSE to create the bundle like that.
