Is Remote Play Whatever safe?
Can I be banned for using RPW?

If you use it like it is supposed to be used then why would you ever have any trouble with it?

Its like I gave my friend to remote play Sekiro cause his pc is can't even run dota without crashes every 20 minutes, but Sekiro is not in Remote Play Together list, so I wandered if it is safe to use Remote Play Whatever, cause its like a third side programm

You are not supposed to share your account in that fashion.

If he wants to play your games, family sharing is the way to go and not Remote Play Anywhere.

But the thing is, if I give him family sharing game - he won't play it cause his pc can't run games past 2015-2016

That's isn't Steam or the game developers problem.

That is the only official and proper way to do what you are asking for.

Nothing stop you from doing just that with "normal" programs. Remote play together isn't something new, it is only something specific to Steam. The big advantage is not having to set up a remote server from your computer and all.

I've tried like 13 programs for that. If there is no heavy lags(witch IS in like 8-10 programs) then there is TERRIBLE mouse in games. Even a slightest feather touch makes your camera fly around your character like 2 or 3 times.

Your friend may want to look into cloud gaming then if they cant afford a new PC for now
Anyway sharing the game in that way is clearly not something your suppose to do
Remote Play togeder is meant for playing a game togeder, not to let someone else play your game
