hi guys i have a question. I am currently creating a game and earlier I used the music of undertail however I remembered about the copyright but I can’t write good music. I have a question if I buy additional content with game soundtracks, then I can use them. And sell the game?

No. The rights provided to a consumer are much different than what is required in order for you to use someone else's content in a product you're selling.

The stuff on YouTube is more for Live Stream and stuff from my understanding there

Dose that mean you can use both for games? are they separated and one you can use for more live and stuff but not for games and so on?
He says you can use his stuff in the FAQ, the question is dose that includes YouTube videos you download as long as you credit him? or it means when you pay for it?
