This. The real trick is maintain a healthy posture and not slumb over all the time. No chair is going to help you with this.
The other trick is to not sit down all the time. There are a lot of easy to do excersises to help with your back.
Yep, I had back problems until I started doing stretches frequently and those problems went away for the most part. I never even changed chairs. Some chairs are more comfortable though and that's always nice.
OP, your body is going to be different from anyone else's and you need to go to some store and try chairs out for yourself and get the one that is best for you. Ordering online can be hit or miss. I don't believe there is one chair that everyone will say it's the best.
